Melanie has dedicated years to mastering the art of energy. A lifelong student, she has studied under renowned teachers Rhiannon Heins and Kisma Orbovich.

Now an Intuitive Rebirth Facilitator, she holds multiple certifications including 500 RYT Yoga Teacher, Retreat Leader, Plant Medicine Guide, Integration Coach, Addiction & Recovery Specialist, Quantum Healing Hypnotherapist, Somatic Breath Worker, Meditation Teacher, and Master Music Playlist Creator.

With a profound commitment to healing and personal growth, Mel is passionate about guiding others on their journeys, helping them unlock their potential and achieve balance in their lives.

Hey, I'm Mal!

Mallory is a passionate traveler, yoga enthusiast, and skilled in managing travel experiences. With a deep love for exploration, she has visited over 40 countries, always chasing curiosity, personal wellness, mental health, local cuisines, and connecting with strangers along the way. Her travels are driven by the belief that the journey is as much about the mind as it is about the destination.

A certified 200 RYT yoga instructor and holder of a B.A. in General Design, Mallory’s career in hospitality design has shaped her keen eye for detail and immersive experiences. Now soaring in her aviation career, she continues to expand her knowledge and share her passion for movement, combining her love for travel with her dedication to wellness. Mallory believes travel is more than a physical journey—it’s an inner experience, a state of mind that connects us all.

When Is Final Payment Due?

Final payments are due March 1, 2025. To reserve your spot, a $415, non-refundable, deposit is required and will go toward your final payment.

Payment arrangements can be made directly with Mallory ([email protected]) and Zelle or Venmo are encouraged to avoid credit card fees.

100% of payment must be made by March 1.

Can I Stay At Kawoq Forest Before or After The Official Retreat?

Yes, if availability permits. You will need to contact and reserve accommodations directly with Kawoq Forest.

What Time Does The Retreat Start and End?

The retreat will begin in Antigua, Guatemala, on the morning of May 7th. We'll embark on a 4-hour drive together to Lake Atitlán. On the final day, we will provide direct transportation to Guatemala International Airport. Please note that due to flight and transportation schedules, there will be only one group pickup and drop-off. We kindly request that you arrive  in Guatemala (GUA) on May 6th and travel the short 1-hour journey to Antigua the day before the retreat starts.
